Your Responsibilities:

• Assist the product owner in their area of responsibility
• Test existing and newly digitized/developed processes
• Collaborate with the business to ensure product alignment with strategy
• Make suggestions for process, user interface improvement and help in implementing them
• Cooperate with suppliers in implementing new functionalities and solving problems

  As a process analyst you must have the ability to adopt the mind-set of an end user and to think about how well a product meets the needs of that person. From identifying issues in the functionality or usability of systems to creating new solutions that meets stakeholder needs.

• Experience (1 + years) in customer service, sales processes
• Experience of using CRM systems (1+ years)
• Good stakeholder management skills
• Excellent communication skills (LT & EN)
• Experience using the Salesforce system would be a strong plus
