We are looking

Get ready to

• Take an entrepreneurial approach to the role, working collaboratively with creative, marketing & product teams to support key initiatives and get things done
  
• Be an expert in email deliverability best practices and optimal email deployment details
  
• Work with email marketing platform (Klaviyo, Omnisend, etc)
  
• Setup email campaigns,create automatization, be responsible for email marketing channel from A to Z
  
• Initiate thoughtful, personalized triggered communications that will drive sales and support company’s strategic goals
  
• Analyze performance of email strategies and campaigns and drive continuous optimisation of performance, considering factors such as seasonality, customer segments, competitor behavior
  
• Use analytics to make decisions: A/B test, analyze results and build updates accordingly
  
• Perform regular list hygiene to maintain health of our database

We expect you to

• Have 2+ years of experience in email marketing or another digital marketing field would be appreciated
  
• Understand email principles (design, build, and deliverability) and email best practices (campaign automation, A/B testing etc.)
  
• Have experience in analyzing and tracking data to optimize the performance of email campaigns
  
• Take ownership of your projects and have get-things-done attitude
  
• Dream bigger than you ever did

Salary

Gross salary range is 3000-3640 EUR/month.

Location

We have plenty of amazing offices you can choose from: our awesome headquarters in Vilnius, super cool offices in Kaunas, Klaipėda and Riga! Woke up in the morning and decided that you don’t want to go to the office? No problem! You will have an opportunity for a hybrid work model.
