Summary:

Project Manager will be responsible for developing and leading cross functional teams with patient safety as our top priority. During this period, Project Manager will interact with all aspects of the business unit including Technical Support, Field Failure Analysis (FFA), Return Goods Lab (RG Lab), Clinical, and Research and Development (R&D). The role will focus on business process improvements such as, but not limited to, Complaint Handling System, Robotic Process Automation (RPA), and Data Investigation Automations. Communication skills and confidence are key attributes as Project Manager will regularly schedule and moderate cross-functional meetings.

About the Role:

• Lead and monitor Customer Advocacy process improvement projects from initiation through delivery.
• Lead and/or participate in cross-functional meetings as the ‘voice of Customer Advocacy’.
• Align activities/tasks and resources across all departments including Customer Advocacy, Technical Support, Engineering, Quality, Regulatory Affairs, Software Developers and External Partners.
• Ensure documentation is updated to reflect the changes made to a process/product.
• Perform information gathering by facilitating the definition of project scope, goals and deliverables.
• Assist in identifying process issues and escalate them as appropriate.
• Execute project that further the improvement and efficiency of the department.
• Effectively communicate changes or updates to the department.
• Predict and communicate resource needs in order to reach objectives in an effective/efficient manner.
• Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress.
• Measure project performance and analyze areas for improvement.
• Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
• Developing and maintaining business partnerships.
• Assist leadership as needed on high priority ad-hoc assignments.

About You:

• Fluent in English.
• Success in facilitating process improvement projects to completion.
• Strong proficiency working with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey business information clearly and effectively.
• Ability to work in an environment with multiple deadlines and changing priorities.
• Strong ability to interface, collaborate and lead projects with cross-functional teammates.

Monthly base salary for this position is from 2,330 EUR gross.
