• You have higher education in Law;
• Previous work experience in debt collection area related to consumer lending, experience with corporate customer is seen as advantage;
• Advanced knowledge of debt collection legal practices, court experiences seen as advantage;
• Commercial thinking and hands-on attitude;
• Ability to lead cross-country projects at high quality level, self-driven mentality;
• You have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English languages.

• Coordinate and harmonize debt collection and litigation processes in all Bigbank branches aiming to minimize long-run LGD (loss given default);
• Coordinate sale of claims (forward-flow and one-off agreements);
• Drive development of IT functionalities to improve automation and efficiency of debt collection;
• Coordinate and follow-up execution of Banks strategical plans towards the management of non-performing portfolio;
• Develop and maintain group-level procedures regulating debt administration processes;
• Follow-up of Banks debt portfolio including reporting and driving recovery actions were relevant.

• Monthly fixed salary range from 3700 EUR to 4500 EUR brutto, based on your competencies, skills and experience.
