Requirements:

At least 2 years of relevant experience in Human Resources and/or FinTech Recruitment;
Higher education;
Experience in Fintech and/or financial institutions;
Very good knowledge of English (spoken and written);
Solid understanding of HR practices and labour legislation;
Proficient in MS Office.

Job description:

Create and manage a formal performance review process;
Design, propose and implement human resources strategies, guidelines and procedures within broad principles and policies to meet requirements supporting short and long-term business needs;
To organise employee trainings, company events, to develop company culture;
Manage relationships with external recruitment firms;
Coordinate with IT team leaders to follow department goals and hiring needs;
Keep up-to-date with new technological trends and products;
To own the recruitment and selection process: write and post technical job descriptions, source potential candidates on niche platforms, like LinkedIn-solid knowledge of sourcing techniques (e.g. social media recruiting and Boolean search).
