The company is seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to join the team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the following:
- Maintain and nurture existing client relationships across various markets
- Proactively engage in B2B sales efforts to acquire new clients
- Innovate and develop strategies to drive sales growth
- Conduct thorough market, client, and competitor analysis
- Provide expert product consultations to clients
Requirements
- Proven B2B sales experience within the beauty industry wholesale sector
- Strong analytical skills for effective market assessment
- Proficiency in English and Russian; additional European language skills are a significant advantage
- Goal-oriented mindset and a proactive approach to achieving targets
- Ability to collaborate and share innovative ideas
