Your key areas of responsibilities will be

• Drafting and review of a wide range of commercial agreements (including service agreements, supply agreements, NDA, LoI, MoU)
• Legal counselling and assistance to business teams with KYC & other compliance matters
• Assistance to the team on daily legal matters
• Liaise with legal advisors, regulators, management and other stakeholders on commercial legal matters.

• Have a Master degree in law
• Have 3 years of experience
• Are excellent oral and written communication skills in both Lithuanian and English languages
• Have strong interpersonal skills and focus on assisting internal client, i.e., business team
• Have ability to multi-task, work in a team and independently, prioritize tasks.
