Intrum GBS is working on transforming and developing back office processes and will proceed with these tasks in GBS Center of Excellence department. Join our company, share and develop your knowledge and be a member of dedicated, enthusiastic team.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Coordinate project management activities, resources, equipment and information
- Establish project plans and ensure their execution
- Track project performance, analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals
- Identify and resolve issues and risk
- Collaborate with different stakeholders and provide quality and timely services
- Manage requests by assessing needs, securing all necessary details, keeping the quality and meeting deadlines
- Support new system's implementation and testing
- Drive different credit management processes improvements
- Prepare reports, statistics
About you:
- Proven experience in managing/coordinating projects;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Debt collection and Excel knowledge and experience in Shared Service Center operations would be an advantage
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
- A creative mindset with an ability to suggest improvements
- Ability to adapt to rapidly evolving environment
- Excellent English skills both written and spoken

Salary:
From 2000 Eur gross/month. The final offer will depend on the experience and competencies of the selected candidate.
