Main responsibilities:

Handling incoming customers sales orders - from order receipt to invoicing
Communicating with hospitals and distributors regarding deliveries, coordinating shipments with logistic service provider
Monitoring stock levels, participating in annual stocktaking and inventory
Collaboration with other departments to ensure smooth processing of sales orders and clients requests
Provision of relevant information in a professional and timely manner

Requirements:

Bachelors degree
Accuracy in data entry and use, attention to details
Good command of English language and communication skills
Experience in logistics/supply/customer service/accounting
Advantages: experience in Pharma industry and/or experience working with SAP
