SPARK is an electric car-sharing company focused on improving everyday life by providing zero-emission, easily available, and affordable commuting. The platform provides more than 2000 car fleet and is accessible for sharing on SPARK mobile application in cities of European Union countries: Sofia, Plovdiv, Vilnius and Kaunas.

Our Marketing team is growing and we are on the lookout for an E-mail Marketing Specialist to join SPARK team in Vilnius. The E-mail Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing and executing e-mail & in-app marketing campaigns to engage our customer base, drive loyalty, and promote our sustainable mobility solutions.

As an E-mail Marketing Specialist you will work on:

E-mail & In-App Campaign Management: Plan, develop, and execute engaging and effective e-mail & in-app marketing campaigns that align with our brand's goals and customer retention strategies.
Content Creation: Write compelling e-mail & in-app content and create visually appealing e-mail designs that resonate with our target audience.
Airship Platform Management: Directly responsible for managing the Airship platform to execute and optimize e-mail & in-app messaging campaigns.
Segmentation and Personalization: Utilize customer data to segment e-mail & in-app lists and personalize messages, ensuring that content is relevant and tailored to the audience's interests and behaviors.
Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing regular reports on key metrics. Use insights to make data-driven decisions and improve future campaigns.
Compliance and Best Practices: Ensure all e-mail & in-app marketing activities comply with relevant laws and regulations, including GDPR. Stay up-to-date with e-mail & in-app marketing trends and best practices to continuously improve campaign effectiveness.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team, designers, and product manager to ensure a cohesive and integrated approach to customer communication.

We expect you to have:

At least 2 years of experience in e-mail marketing, with a portfolio of successful e-mail & in-app campaigns.
Strong experience with e-mail marketing platforms and in-app messaging tools, preferable with Airship platform.
Exceptional copywriting and content creation skills, with the ability to craft engaging and persuasive messages.
Solid understanding of e-mail & in-app marketing metrics and analytics tools, with the ability to derive actionable insights from data.
Knowledge of segmentation, personalization, and A/B testing methodologies.
Familiarity with GDPR and other relevant e-mail marketing compliance standards.
Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and meet deadlines.
At least Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
