Experience and a solid understanding of business operational process development, improvement, and maintenance.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English to effectively communicate with an international team.

Willingness to travel to the company's foreign branches on business trips.

Job description

Development and maintenance of processes by gathering and analysing information about the company's current operational processes and being a part of the core team, to gain a deep understanding of the ERP system and knowledge to create and document current and new processes.
Visualizing and documenting processes to enhance operational transparency and efficiency.
Organizing the implementation of processes and training sessions to ensure all employees understand how processes function, including real training for company employees in the processes online and in classroom settings.
Managing and internal consultation of the company's ERP system regarding its implementation and using.
Traveling to company branches in other countries to develop and gather information about business processes and participating in significant change implementations.
