Your tasks and responsibilities

Leverage your knowledge: Uncover efficiency opportunities by analyzing and optimizing business processes and systems, starting with a key banking project.
Facilitate collaboration: Lead meetings and workshops, bringing together diverse stakeholders and fostering productive discussions around shared objectives.
Masterful documentation: Clearly document, specify, and visualize requirements and business processes using tools like BPMN diagrams, User Stories, and Use Cases.
Bridge the gap: Present and align requirements with business, architects, and IT teams, ensuring everyone is on the same page.
Liaison extraordinaire: Serve as a bridge between business units and scrum team, ensuring smooth communication and collaboration.
Deliver value: Guarantee that technology solutions effectively address business objectives and regulation.

We expect you to have

Business analysis superpower: A minimum of 4+ years of experience gathering and documenting functional and non-functional business requirements and analysing systems.
Knowledge of banking: Knowledge of banking business processes, ideally with a focus on collaterals management.
Problem-solving maestro: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
Influencer on the scene: The ability to build relationships, present ideas persuasively, and collaborate effectively with stakeholders to reach mutually agreeable solutions.
Communication all-star: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Lithuanian and English.
Tech-savvy: Basic understanding of data modelling, APIs, and user interface implementation concepts.
