Job description
- implement digital support activities for business;
- maintain support service catalog;
- participate actively in all project implementation stages;
- collaborate with internal teams and external agencies involved in business support.
- train business stakeholders or team members on how to support features
- Register possible safety hazards and violations. Participate in their removal. Participate in safety conversations and other safety or sustainability activities.
- Constantly improve your qualifications and improve the knowledge required to perform direct duties.
- Share work skills and experience with colleagues. Help each other.
- Participate in the implementation of projects.
- Perform other tasks assigned by direct supervisor.
- Organize meetings, participate actively and provide data related to work performed.
- To substitute other employee when asked by the direct manager.
- Take part in other companys activities, including but not limited to volunteering, helping, team building, etc.
Requirements
- Knowledge in using different Content Management Systems is required (working experience with EPIserver/Optimizely is a great advantage)
- Knowledge in working with different Product and Digital Assets Management systems is preferred (working experience with Inriver, Stibo or Digizuite is a great advantage)
- Intermediate knowledge on building websites
- Basic understanding of HTML and CSS
- Basic understanding of website design
- Great time management skills
- Strong & impactful communication skills (both oral and written), presentation skills and interpersonal skills in order to deal effectively with internal and external stakeholders
- Strong in conceptual thinking with an ability to translate complex technical information into business focused solutions, incl. design thinking
- Customer focus and agile mindset, build strong customer relationships, and deliver customer-centric solutions that drive business value and/or efficiencies
- Familiar with agile delivery methods
- Fluent knowledge of English is required. Knowledge of other European languages is an advantage.
