Requirements for candidates

Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
Higher education in Accounting / Economics or a similar field.
Fluency in English is mandatory; skills in other main languages within the group are seen as an advantage.
Experience in a similar type of accounting role(s) from an international environment.
Process domain expertise (General Ledger, IFRS reporting, Asset Accounting).
SAP and HFM knowledge.
MS Office tools (Excel, etc.)
Good understanding of fundamental financial principles in all areas of Finance.
Good analytical skills.
Customer service mindset.
Teamwork capabilities.

Job description

Responsible for accounting activities and compliance for defined companies (mid-sized production companies).
Implements and ensures that company accounting policies are followed.
Responsible for IFRS reporting towards the group.
Responsible for Balance sheet reconciliations.
Responsible for efficient month-end closing for defined group companies.
Responsible for asset accounting.
Instructs accounting standards within entity Accounting Policies.
Manages internal controls within own area.
Participates in audits and manages audit materials.
Advises Business Units on accounting-related issues.
Preparation of statistical reports.
Preparation of VAT reporting.
Participates in projects on the accounting area or related topics.
