Job Description:

The EU Back-Office Treasury Analyst is an integral part of the Treasury Organization and provides support to Europe and other regions. He/She works closely with the External Shared Services supporting the Region to ensure financial processes are executed consistent with OC rules and best practices, in a continuous development approach to deliver quality, cost efficiency and appropriate controls.

Job Responsibilities:

- Monitoring of all payroll and vendor payments

- Preparation of manual payments in different e-banking systems with respect of cut-off times

- Follow-up on signatures according to power of attorneys

- Posting and clearing in SAP

- Reconciliation of the bank accounts (external and internal)

- Validation and follow-up of FX-MM deals (external and internal)

- Follow up on rejected payments

Minimum Experience required:

- Bachelor degree (or equivalent) in Accounting or Economics

- Fluent in English. Another European language is an asset.

· Data driven mindset and well-developed analytical skills

· Ability to cope with deadlines and to multi-task

· Excellent planning and organizational skills

· Excellent written and oral communication skills

· Technology-focused and IT literate: Excel, Word, Windows based programs

· Proactive approach to developing systems and procedural improvements

· Strong team player and be able to establish excellent working relationship with individuals from various background
