This is a great opportunity to lead a group of professionals within Asset Management Operations value chain. In our set up every employee belongs to the specific global team headed by the functional manager. As an HR Lead you will work closely with all these functional managers in order to ensure full local HR support for the team members based in Lithuania. You will have an important part in ensuring the success of the employee journey while at the same time facilitating the strengthening of a value chain.
This position will be anchored in the Asset Management Operations function within the Asset Management Area, and will also be an integral part of Large Corporates & Institutions.
LC&I LT is a remote hub for global business unit providing largest Danske Bank corporate & institutional customers & prospects. We work in a global teams setup where cross-country competences are combined to support our customers needs in many areas as transaction banking, asset management, research & data analytics, sales consultancy, etc. LC&I LT is a local embassy (currently ~169 professionals) for global business with great growth ambitions.

You will:
- Develop, coach and motivate the group of professionals in order to maintain the effective and sustainable employee engagement culture
- Create an inspiring Hub environment with a transparent communication culture
- Drive complex coordination effort with all the functional managers in order to ensure unity and alignment across Asset Management Operations value chain
- Liaise and collaborate with internal stakeholders at all levels of seniority
- Convince other colleagues where great interest exists to accept new concepts, practices and approaches
- Initiate and promote the cultural change ideas while at the same time supporting the fixed mindset
About you:
- 3+ years of working experience in the asset management, investment funds administration or depository services area
- Experience with at least 3 years in leading/managing/building a diverse team
- Solid stakeholder management skills, with comfort to interact with and challenge stakeholders on all seniority levels
- Great communication skills, advanced in English (written and spoken). You listen and communicate effectively with the motivation to inspire Demonstrate high level of integrity and accountability for your goals and has appropriate standards for your work contributions
- Been successful in driving transformations and completing multiple tasks, both self-directed and in teams
- Comprehensive personal drive and execution focused. You are proactive, flexible and find joy in working with employees and the cultural environment
- SimCorp Dimension, Asset Management area knowledge would be a valuable asset
We offer
Monthly salary range from 3240 EUR to 4860 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
