Our client - Linas Agro - one of the largest grain exporters in Lithuania specializing in agricultural commodities trading throughout the Baltics - from the ports of Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia and Poland.

Now we are looking for a ever curious, constant learner with analytical thinking to join our international trade team as an Execution Specialist. If the thought of diving deep into a whirlwind of new information, big responsibilities and kaleidoscope of risk assessments excites you more than it scares you, you might just be the one!

What will be your key responsibilities:

Taking on part of trade contract operations paperwork ensuring smooth execution;
Collecting and storing operational data;
Assessing and managing operational risks;
Dealing with service providers (stevedores, forwarders, agents, surveyors);
Dealing with contract counter-parties (buyers/sellers, brokers);
Dealing with internal stakeholders (traders, finance, logistics).

What experience should you have:

Minimum Bachelor's degree level, preferably in Logistics/Economics/Finance/Law;
Experience in Managing/Execution/Logistics (would be an advantage);
Understanding of Incoterms (would be an advantage);
Excellent English (both spoken and written);
Computer literate: solid understanding of MS Office, especially Excel and Outlook;
Sharp analytical thinking - ability to transform data into meaningful insights and find actionable, pragmatic solutions;
Mindset for excellence, attention to the details;
Curiousity and willingness to learn CONTINIOUSLY;
Good stress management skills and ability to keep up in high pace environment.
