Job description
- Lead the international team by being the first point of contact, leading meetings, conducting performance reviews, and ensuring the growth of competencies.
- Participate in creating strategies to enhance IT service management and security by identifying improvement areas, assessing risks, and collaborating with other teams to implement solutions.
- Define standard processes to ensure compliance with internal company policies.
- Ensure efficient global service by recognizing needs and managing stakeholders effectively.
Requirements
- 3+ years of previous experience in a similarly structured leadership role within a corporate environment.
- Previous experience in project management and incident management.
- Full proficiency in English language (both spoken and written).
- Familiarity with Cisco, Jira, and Confluence technologies.
- Strong sense of ownership and a proactive, can-do attitude.
- Solution-oriented mindset for addressing and resolving issues.
