What You Will Do:

•  Develop and drive Luminors business model risk framework, including ownership of relevant internal policies and processes
• Develop Luminor's risk limits and EWIs and ensure adequate monitoring and control activities of business model risk
• Support the team in the coordination of various deliveries e.g. ICAAP, SREP as well as Recovery and Resolution Planning activities
• Collaborate with a wide network of colleagues in and outside the Risk Division to provide holistic risk analyses on capital and business model risks, including connecting current news events and macroeconomic developments to assess their potential impact on Luminor
• Support the preparation of, and response to, oversight of Luminors Risk Management Framework (i.e. regulatory or internal audit reviews)
• Ensure compliance with external and internal regulations by identifying gaps, issues, and improvement areas
• Prepare information (also in the form of presentations) for senior management on the frameworks mentioned above (these include submissions to management and supervisory boards)

What We Expect: 

•  At least 3 years of previous experience in banking or consulting, ideally with a focus on risk management or within the finance area
• Good understanding of a bank's business model
• Project and process management skills and a structured way of working
• Ability to communicate, influence, and engage stakeholders of various seniorities
• Fluent English is required in spoken and written communication
