MAJOR TASKS:

Execute projects involving data analytics;
Communicate with the Client and collect requirements for data analytics solutions;
Undertaking and automating data collection, preprocessing and analysis;
Analyze large amounts of information to discover trends and patterns;
Assess the effectiveness and accuracy of new data sources, and data-gathering techniques;
Implement processes that improve and lead to superb data quality;
Develop custom data models and algorithms to apply to data sets;
Use predictive modeling and machine-learning algorithms to increase and optimize business outcomes;
Develop processes and tools to monitor and analyze model performance and data accuracy;
Coordinate with different functional teams to implement models and monitor outcomes.

REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelors' or Master's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, or another quantitative discipline alternatively, an equivalent level of relevant work experience would also be acceptable;
Proven experience as a Data Scientist or similar role (4+ years);
Hands-on work experience (3+ years) and working knowledge of SQL, Python, R, or other languages/technologies for performing complex data modeling and analysis;
Familiar with and able to apply natural language processing, machine learning, conceptual modeling, statistical analysis, predictive modeling, and hypothesis testing to solve data problems;
Ability to communicate with clients and collect requirements for data analysis solutions implementation;
Experience (3+ years) visualizing/presenting data using (at least one of the tools): Tableau, Power BI, Qlik, etc.;
Experience (3+ years) with SQL databases and querying data from relational databases using SQL;
Hands-on knowledge of data wrangling, data cleaning, and preparation;
Experience (2+ years) working with leading relational DB like MS SQL Server, and PostgreSQL or similar;
Experience (2+ years) working with modern enterprise data warehouse solutions (at least one tool) like Google Big Query, Microsoft Azure SQL Data Warehouse, Azure Synapse Analytics or similar;
Experience (1+ years) with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) Vertex AI, or Azure Machine Learning services;
Strong problem-solving skills with an emphasis on product development;
Excellent written and verbal communication skills for coordinating across teams.

OPTIONAL:

A graduate degree in Data Science or another quantitative field is preferred;
Knowledge of tools and techniques in the machine and deep learning (like Tensorflow, PyTorch, Keras, etc.);
Knowledge of Generative AI and large language models (LLMs);
Understanding of how to run ML models at the production level;
Experience with MLOps tools (Azure MLOps, Google Vertex AI MLOps, Databricks MLflow, etc.).

As a Data Science specialist, you will be part of Intellerts data science team. Your main activity will be to analyze large amounts of raw information to find patterns that will improve our company and our client's business. We will rely on you to build data and AI solutions to extract valuable business insights. In this role, it would be best if you were highly analytical with a knack for analysis, math, and statistics and able to communicate with Clients. Critical thinking and problem-solving skills are essential for interpreting data. We also want to see a passion for machine learning and research.

You will help our clients build data and business process automation solutions using advanced artificial intelligence (AI), machine training (ML), and big data technologies. With the team of experienced specialists, you will develop a modern, multifaceted, integrated, and modular Google Cloud or MS Azure-based platform for data management and analytics to enable retail, governmental, health, finance, and service delivery companies to advance their journey with AI technologies.
