Area

The Third-Party Risk Management Transformation team is undertaking a critical initiative to enhance and streamline our third-party risk management processes. Our goal is to ensure that our organization is effectively managing the risks associated with our third-party relationships in compliance with all relevant regulations and industry best practices while also ensuring an efficient time to market that underpins our Forward 28 strategy.

As a core team of five, we are leading this initiative by developing strategies, implementing new tools and processes, and encouraging change across the organization. Our wider team, consisting of over 25 professionals from various disciplines, is supporting these efforts by contributing their expertise and working collaboratively to achieve our objectives.

Through this transformation initiative, we aim to strengthen our third-party risk management capabilities and build a more resilient, secure, and compliant organization.

You will:

  • Lead and coordinate projects: adhering to and developing comprehensive project plans for each workstream, setting clear objectives, timelines, tasks, and deliverables
  • Coordinate team activities: coordinate the activities of the Business Analysts and Subject Matter Experts, ensuring that they are effectively contributing to their respective workstreams and working collaboratively with others
  • Overview Stakeholder Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for all project stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status and addressing any concerns or issues that arise
  • Perform risk management: identify potential risks and issues in each workstream and develop contingency plans to mitigate them
  • Allocate resources: ensure that resources are effectively allocated and utilized across the two workstreams, making adjustments as necessary to keep the project on track
  • Monitor performance: monitor the performance of each workstream, using key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and identify areas for improvement
  • Manage changes: Implement change management strategies to ensure that the changes resulting from the transformation are effectively integrated into the organization
  • Perform quality assurance: ensure the quality of deliverables by implementing quality control processes and conducting regular reviews and audits. Make sure that all outputs meet the set standards and expectations

About you:

  • Project management: proficiency in project management principles and methodologies, such as Agile or Scrum, as well as experience with project management tools like Jira and Confluence; a proven history of effectively driving the execution of complex initiatives that involve multiple stakeholders and require careful coordination and planning
  • Effective communication: ability to clearly communicate project objectives, tasks, and updates to team members, stakeholders, and senior management
  • Leadership: capability to inspire, motivate, and guide team members, ensuring they feel valued and their work aligns with project goals
  • Problem-solving: aptitude for identifying challenges quickly and finding effective solutions, which is crucial for keeping projects on track
  • Flexibility and adaptability: capacity to adjust plans and strategies based on changing circumstances or unexpected challenges while still keeping the project on track towards its objectives
  • Risk management: ability to identify potential risks and develop contingency plans to mitigate them
  • Knowledge of transformation processes: understanding of the specific processes, tools, and techniques used in managing transformation projects, such as change management models and business process reengineering
  • Advanced English language skills

We offer

Monthly salary range from 4480 EUR to 6720 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
