We will entrust you with:

Participation in projects related to the improvement of customer data and contact quality;
Collection and analysis of customer feedback from different channels (surveys, reviews, complaints);
Identification of trends and insights from customer feedback;
Collaboration with cross-functional teams at a Baltic level aiming to improve customer satisfaction;
Development and maintenance of communication templates for customer interactions;
Monitoring and reporting on customer experience metrics;
Implementation and support of initiatives aimed at enhancing the overall customer experience.

You will be an excellent fit for our team if you:

Have a bachelor's degree and strong analytical skills;
Excellent in verbal and written communication;
Are experienced in customer service;
Have project management skills;
Possess knowledge of customer experience (CX) methodologies.
