If You have:

At least 2 years experience in FMCG field, preferably in Category Management, Sourcing, Buying;
Strong leadership and change management skills;
Experience working in the matrix, cross country & different cultures will be considered as an advantage;
Strong analytical skills, structured and accurate in the way of working;
Focused and results oriented personality with high working capacity;
Very good communication and negotiation skills;
Strong knowledge of MS Excel;
Experience working with SAP system (an advantage);
Excellent Lithuanian and English language skills;
