You will:

Perform requirements analysis, ensure solutions meet business needs and prepare backlog items for development
Lead and facilitate meetings to collect essential information/requirements from diverse stakeholders
Analyse data to ensure Informed decision making
Clearly and effectively communicate analytical insights to cross-functional team members and the Product Owner, ensuring collaborative decision-making and alignment
Take an active role in testing process and bug investigation
Document and communicate the results of your efforts

About you:

1+ years of experience as a business analyst. Prior work experience in the payments field or willingness to become an expert in this domain domain is considered as an advantage
Fundamental analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyse, and present different information with attention to details and accuracy. SQL experience is considered as an advantage
Demonstrated experience in effective planning, organization, and time management and effective documentation skills
Comfortable with context switching & multitasking
Strong sense of responsibility and CAN-DO attitude
Able to see both, the big picture and dive into details
Curious, keen to learn every day
Team player, who takes care about teammates success no less than an individual one
Advanced communicator in English with international stakeholders, both in written and verbal

We offer

Monthly salary range from 2720 EUR to 4080 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
