We are looking for a new team member to join Employee Experience team.

If you have:

• At least 1 year of experience in the Recruitment and Attraction area;
• Very good communication, cooperation and problem solving skills;
• Precision and a high sense of responsibility;
• Organizational and time planning skills;
• Good English language skills (Russian is an advantage);
• Good computer skills;
• Driver's license (category B).

We will entrust you with:

• Recruitment of employees for new "Rimi" stores and for the office employees (specialist positions in Lithuania);
• Selection of a store management team;
• Be involved in improving the selection process (reviewing, making proposals, implementing changes);
• Cooperate with the Lithuanian Employment Service and other institutions in order to attract candidates;
• Cooperate with various educational institutions and participate in career days;
• Work together with marketing and brand teams to ensure employer branding activities;
• Work with different Recruitment projects.
