If You have:

• At least 2 years experience in FMCG field, preferably in Category Management, Sourcing, Buying;
• Strong leadership and change management skills;
• Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional and cross country (Baltic) team environment.;
• Focused and results oriented personality, able to work independantly and beeing a team player at the same time;;
• Very good communication and negotiation skills;
• Strong knowledge of MS Excel;
• Experience working with SAP system (an advantage);
• Fluent Lithuanian and  good working capacity of English language

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
