We are currently looking for JUNIOR IS CONSULTANT to join our team.

The Team

The team is oriented to customer needs and very result driven. No one is ever left alone. Friendship between teammates prospers during working hours as well as off-hours.

Your responsibilities will include

• Point of sales, computers, self-checkouts users support by phone and e-mail

• Data transfer process monitoring and incidents solving remotely

• Shifting work schedule (24x7), the possibility to combine work with studies

What we expect from you

• Higher education preferably in IT or related areas (could be a student)

• At least basic Windows and Linux administration skills

• Knowledge how to use remote access tools (RDP, VNC, Remote Admin)

• English and preferably Russian language knowledge

• Willingness to advance in IT, responsible attitude towards work
