At HeJi restaurant, we offer a sophisticated dining experience with a menu that combines exquisite cuisine and a meticulously curated cocktail selection. Our restaurant is known for its elegant ambiance and exceptional service, making it a premier destination for fine dining in Vilnius.

We are seeking experienced and passionate Bartenders to join our cocktail bar team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a high-end cocktail bar setting and a deep understanding of hospitality. This role requires excellent customer service skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to create a memorable experience for our guests.

Key responsibilities:

-Craft and serve a wide range of cocktails with precision and flair

-Maintain a clean and organized bar area

-Engage with guests to provide an exceptional experience

-Manage bar inventory and supplies

-Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations

-Collaborate with the bar and restaurant team to deliver top-tier service

-Minimum 2 years of experience as a bartender in a cocktail bar

-Extensive knowledge of cocktails, spirits, and mixing techniques

-Strong customer service and communication skills

-Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

-Attention to detail and a passion for hospitality

-Fluency in Lithuanian and English

The company offers:

-Salary 1100-1300 eur netto, depending on relevant experience

-weekly trainings

-staff discounts on food for up to 4 people in the restaurant

-Night transportation to place of residence
