You will be trusted to:

Execute company development plans and achieve profitability targets
Oversee all operational business functions to ensure business continuity
Effectively manage the existing store network and expand it with financially viable new stores
Manage personnel to drive sales volume and profitability growth
Increase sales volume by using existing potential and introducing new business opportunities
Ensure high quality of customer service and implement initiatives for overall business efficiency improvement
Identify potential risks and threats, and develop mitigation plans
Regularly update company's strategic development plan in line with market trends

We are expecting from you:

At least 3 years of successful experience in similar position
Hands-on, proactive approach with an understanding of growth drivers in retail
Strong background in sales or sales management
Ability to plan and organize the execution of multiple tasks
Strategic thinking with ability to see details
Higher education in business management or a related field
Fluent Lithuanian and English languages; Russian is preferred

Fixed gross salary ranging from 4500 to 5500 EUR (depending on experience and skills)
