We are looking for a Engineering Change Order Engineer to strengthen our ambitious team in Vilnius, Lithuania.

Our manufacturing facilities in Vilnius and Molėtai, Lithuania, not only produce and assemble Teltonikas devices but also provide external clients with product design and contract manufacturing services, from prototyping to high-volume serial production. We use advanced automation and robotics to turn any complex idea into a complete product.

In this role, you will:

Enhance mass production throughput by implementing changes in products and production processes.
Manage product change control utilizing the Engineering Change Order (ECO) process.
Communicate with various departments and clients regarding production matters, fostering collaboration and facilitating problem-solving.
Ensure seamless production operations by overseeing changes in production documentation and preparing necessary production files.
Research and apply production innovations to optimize manufacturing processes.

What we expect of you:

Higher education degree in manufacturing engineering, electronics or a related field (or student).
English language skills at a B2 level or higher.
Engineering work experience in manufacturing (manufacturing automation would be advantageous).
Knowledge of best practices in manufacturing (Lean, 6sigma, manufacturing standards, etc. - would be advantageous).
Proficiency in analyzing data collected throughout manufacturing processes to identify and address bottlenecks effectively.

Salary:

We appreciate everyone's efforts and experiences, so we offer an attractivesalary that will match your skillset in the field. The salary for this position ranges from 18 Eur/h up to 24 Eur/h (~3024 Eur 4032 Eur) pre-tax, depending on your experience and expertise.

* In an employment agreement we specify and define a fixed (tariff) hourly salary rate before taxes.
