Would you like to contribute to delivering the best customer experience? We are seeking a dedicated Service Delivery Specialist to join our Data Protection Support Squad. This role is critical in ensuring our services are delivered in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) standards. If you are excited about privacy laws and regulations and experienced with delivering magnificent client service, we want you on our team!

*Please note that this is a fixed-term contract for maternity cover.

You will:

Assist in the implementation and maintenance of GDPR compliance processes and procedures
Monitor daily data subject requests
Oversee and manage the handling of personal data in accordance with GDPR guidelines
Communicate with various stakeholders within the bank and work closely with the legal and compliance departments
Maintain close collaboration with other teams in the bank
Proactively contribute to continuous improvement projects and the automation of processes
Continuously learn from other team members and ensure knowledge sharing

About you:

Work experience in the back-office function
A good understanding of GDPR data subject rights articles presents a favorable aspect
High analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Bachelors degree
Advanced English language skills, both verbal and spoken – all work communication is in English
Knowledge of a Nordic language is a beneficial aspect

We offer

Monthly salary range from 1640 EUR to 2460 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
