You will contribute to green and secure energy ecosystem creation by:

• Leading organizational development projects, including IT system rollouts, office relocation and other strategic high priority projects
• Preparing project plans, including timelines, budgets, and team structures
• Managing project budgets and seeking cost-saving opportunities
• Addressing project issues and risks proactively
• Providing regular progress updates to management
• Actively communicating with various team members, stakeholders and partners to achieve project goals
• Leading and managing project teams, ensuring clarity of roles and fostering a productive environment
• Implementing change management strategies for smooth adoption of new processes and systems.

• To take part in an unfolding energy transformation process to create a 100% green and secure energy ecosystem for both current and future generations
