Job description
Main duties & responsibilities:
- Dealing with financial and management reporting, including monthly closing of books.
- Maintaining General Ledger and accounting Masterdata (item, vendor, customer and accounts). Focus on inventory and fixed assets accounting matters.
- Coordinating tax compliance matters with the external tax advisors.
- Responsible for monthly, quarterly and semi-annual reporting to the Group.
- Supporting and participating in digital transformation projects to improve the efficiency and stability of accounting activities.
Requirements
- Academic degree preferably in finance or accounting/audit
- At least 2-3 years of experience working in accounting or audit position.
- Candidate should be experienced in general accounting and financial reporting.
- Excellent communication and management skills.
- Fluent English is a must.
- Experience with MS NAV ERP would be an advantage.
- Experience with Basware invoice handling system would be an advantage.
- Experience with Concure travel expense handling system would be an advantage.
- Any Scandinavian language skills would be an advantage.
