Job description
- Help create and implement the company's regulatory and compliance risk management strategy.
- Evaluate and oversee retail network compliance governance structures, processes, and controls.
- Monitor compliance with GDPR, competition law, sanctions and anti-money laundering laws, Lithuanian and EU regulations, and follow-up on actions to be implemented.
- Conduct compliance assessments to evaluate policy implementation and effective risk management;
- Manage various compliance projects across the network in collaboration with colleagues.
- Provide advice and information regarding the legal requirements and standards applicable to the industry.
- Respond to daily compliance enquiries, and design and update internal legal papers, rules, and processes to guarantee compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Stay informed about current regulatory standards and apply them to our business.
- Take the initiative to prioritize compliance culture through effective collaboration and communication.
Requirements
- Previous experience in similar role, preferably in the legal/electronic money/payment processing sector;
- Legal full-time resident in Lithuania for the purposes of employment;
- Experience in Customer Onboarding ;
- ACAMS, ICA, or equivalent certificate in AML/CTF compliance – is an advantage;
- Higher education;
- Good English language skills.
