Job description
We are seeking a dynamic individual to drive sales growth within the assigned territory by promoting our divisions product portfolio. This role demands the ability to build strong customer relationships, effectively communicate across all internal functions, and execute marketing strategies as outlined by headquarters.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive sales within the assigned territory, manage and meet budget targets, and promote the full range of Werfen products to customers.
- Plan and conduct customer visits, providing technical training, product demonstrations, and presentations, while coordinating with headquarters for support as needed.
- Analyze and strategically position Werfens product portfolio in the market, maintaining regular communication with internal teams regarding portfolio performance and the competitive landscape.
- Address and resolve customer issues promptly, monitor emerging business opportunities, and prepare for upcoming tenders.
- Cultivate and maintain a strong network of key customers, ensuring adherence to the Werfen Code of Ethics.
Requirements
- Proven track record in sales of medical devices or in-vitro diagnostic (IVD) products; experience in a similar clinical or commercial field is advantageous.
- Bachelors degree in Biological Sciences, Medical Sciences, or a related field.
- In-depth knowledge of the medical devices market, with a focus on laboratory and medical equipment.
- Proactive, with strong organizational and communication skills, and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in English and native Lithuanian language skills.
- Willingness to travel within Lithuania up to 50% of the time.
