Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA and/or CFA preferred;
Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial management roles;
Knowledge of alternative investments, financial markets, and regulatory requirements;
Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills;
Proven track record of success in driving financial performance and strategic growth.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement financial strategies to maximize profitability and ensure financial stability;
Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting;
Provide leadership and guidance on investment analysis and financial decision-making;
Prepare and analyze financial reports to support decision-making processes;
Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and reporting requirements.
