Job Description

Manage top priority business transformation projects, typically cross functional, with high degree of complexity, involving business change and IT solution implementation
Work with stakeholders to develop change vision, roadmap, identify and manage risks
Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, deliverables, goals, risks, blockers, success measures, and estimated resources needed
Ensure that projects remain in-scope and meet budgetary, scheduling, and quality requirements
Communicate routinely to management, project team members, and other stakeholders
Secure the integrity of the project, focusing on compliance with strategy, internal policies, standards, processes
Act as an internal consultant to weight different solutions and options to achieve best decisions and results

Your competencies and experience

At least 5 years of professional project management or business transformation experience, preferably with a passion for technology and understanding of IT development
Excellent project and change management skills including prioritization, scheduling, and documentation
Ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders at all levels including Executive level.
Knowledge and practical experience of project management frameworks
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to manage shifting priorities, demands and timelines
Ability to quickly learn, understand and apply new technologies
Positive, can-do attitude with the ability to succeed in a fast-paced work environment
Fluent in Lithuanian and English, both written and spoken
