For a passionate Head of Product to join Bioma to manage and grow our physical and digital products portfolio. You will lead the development of innovative products, manage their lifecycle, and enhance the customer experience. Your data-driven approach and collaborative spirit will be key to our success. • Define and execute the product roadmap for physical and digital goods

We expect you to

• Have 5+ years of product management experience in E-commerce, with expertise  in both physical and digital products
  
• Demonstrate success in improving customer journeys and Net Promoter Scores (NPS)
  
• Show proficiency in eCommerce platforms, digital development, and supply chain management
  
• Utilize analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Tableau) to drive decisions
  
• Communicate effectively and influence stakeholders across the organization
  
  

Salary

Gross salary range is 5000-6500 EUR/month.

Location

For Vilnius: 4 days onsite, 1 flexible day remote. Meanwhile, in Kaunas: onsite, hybrid, or remote options are available depending on the role.
