Job description

As a Software Quality Assurance (QA) Engineer at our company, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the quality and reliability of the Insights Device Management (IDM) system.

IDM is a state-of-the-art platform for over-the-air (OTA) updates and configuration management of IoT devices, primarily utilized in vehicle tracking applications.

The system includes a front-end website built with Angular and C#, along with multiple back-end services developed in C#.

Your responsibilities will include:

conducting thorough manual testing and API testing to identify and document bugs and issues within the IDM system;
testing OTA updates using physical devices and emulators;
supervise and maintain SL2 (Service desk level 2) project support requests, bug issues, and resolution in collaboration with colleagues.

Requirements

1+ year of manual web testing experience;
experience with API testing using Postman or other tools;
work experience in an Agile environment;
experience working with or applying best practices such as penetration testing, smoke tests, or similar.

Preferred knowledge/experience:

Azure Infrastructure and platform services;
automated testing tools, such Cypress;
designing, implementing, and maintaining automated test scripts;
SQL/NoSQL databases and queries;
monitoring tools.
