Junior Commercial Partnership Manager
In the Revenue and Operations department, the mission is to promote, sell, onboard, and service the products built by our technical teams and departments. This means a deep focus on a 360-degree commercial strategy that helps take new products to market and promote and maximize clients usage and experience with existing products.
The Global Commercial Partnerships is critical to our growth and development to meet our clients needs, this team is focused on managing and developing commercial partnerships ensuring that we have the right partners to grow existing revenues & deliver on new revenue opportunities. The team is expected to be an outward facing ambassadors always looking to close the gap on our competition, building relationships externally and internally to ensure that we have the right integrations and GTM plans, to deliver and exceed on revenue expectations.
The Junior Commercial Partnership Manager is expected to be an expert in their business vertical, with strong account management skills to increase value and look at how we can future proof the business. The role is based in our Vilnius office and reports to the VP of Commercial Partnerships.
We hope you are ready to change the game! Be ready to:
- Discrepancy Support: Work with the Commercial Partnerships, Director, Reporting and Product to execute discrepancy monitoring and investigations across all directly integrated supply partners to ensure discrepancy disputes are solved in a timely manner
- New supply integrations: Support product and support teams with new inventory sources onboarding and testing, working with product & support teams, highlighting growth areas and opportunities
- Sales & Services enablement: Ensuring activation of SSP partnerships to drive commercial revenues with a simplified approach, working with marketing, activating and supporting in GTM plans
- Account management: Tier 3 supply partners (once within the role for 6 to 8 months) to develop and grow relationships to drive revenue opportunities

- A strong appetite to grow and learn as the market continually evolves
- Strong ad tech experience especially around inventory partners
- Higher education in business management, economics or similar (not essential)
- Proven account management experience at an online tech company, 2+ years
- Track record of managing accounts and GTM initiatives
- Worked in a matrix environment, collaboratively with cross functional stakeholders and teams
- Broad industry experience in ad tech and technologies
- Strong analytical and technical background as well as business acumen
- Excellent presentation & organizational skills

- The monthly salary starts from 2900 EUR Gross. Final offer will be based on your skills and competencies
