Influencers and Social Media Manager in Lithuania

A client of WorkingDay Latvia is a full-service communication agency in the Baltics, representing one of the world's largest communications, media and technology companies Publicis Groupe.

If you know the influencers world and love using social media, you are welcome to join the Publicis team as an Influencers & Social Media Manager in Lithuania. We would also value experience in public relations, particularly within the Lithuanian media landscape.

What you will do:

Identify and build strong partnerships with prominent influencers and thought leaders in Lithuania on behalf of the Client of the Agency
Execute influencer marketing strategies and creative campaigns in cooperation with the team
Build relationships with media outlets, write press releases, and initiate effective media activities
Participate in the planning of social media communication strategies and tactics
Manage day-to-day activities and campaigns on the social media accounts of the Client
Analyze results from communication on social media and influencer marketing, identifying successes and areas for improvement
Regularly upgrade your knowledge about the Client business, competitors, audience and the market where they operate
Support in creating content, localisation of global content and quality of translations

We are seeking a person characterised by the following attributes:

Understanding of how influencer marketing works
Ability to find suitable influencers based on the brand values of the Client and campaign objectives
Strong relationship skills, knowing how to professionally and positively manage relationships, entertaining, and communications
Experience in media relations, ability to initiate and manage media activities
Skills in writing press releases
Experience in social media marketing, including campaign planning and executing, mainly on Meta and Instagram
Creative thinking and understanding how to implement creative solutions based on media channel specifics
Experience in copywriting will be considered a plus
Good project and time management skills
Ability to work both independently, and within a team
Fluent in Lithuanian, English
