As the Head of Department, you will ensure implementation of regulatory requirements in respective Anti-Financial Crime (AFC) area related procedures and processes in Operations Division. You will support Luminor strategy and keep its customers in focus with ensuring compliant and aligned Anti-Financial Crime operations within the Bank.

What You Will Do:

• Ensure efficient, timely, high quality and compliant execution of AFC processes

• Lead the pan-Baltic team, ensuring high customer, employee and stakeholder satisfaction
• Lead by example by building and maintaining partnerships with key stakeholders, collaborate and align key principles across the bank, especially with Compliance/Risk teams and Segment lines
• Support onboarding and relationship review process through Enhanced Due Diligence for all segments
• Ensure Quality Assurance checks and prepare reports Maintain and improve the AML and fraud knowledge and competences of the team
• Pro-actively identify process improvement possibilities and lead initiatives to achieve operational excellence
• Ensure that work is organized in a way enabling efficient combination of automation with work carried out by employees

What We Expect:

• Extensive knowledge AFC and Sanctions area
• Great leadership skills with 3-5 years experience in managerial roles
• Strong process management (LEAN mindset) and development skills
• Cross functional and cross border cooperation experience
• People development and coaching skills
• Fluent English is required in spoken and written communication
