This role includes requirement analysis of enterprise-level e-government solution.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

Communicate with clients to understand their business needs
Analyze & systemize requirement specifications
Coordinate and conduct the entire analysis process
Scope & change management
Prepare backlog for the team

WHAT WE EXPECT:

Understanding of software and systems development
Being proactive communicator who excels at engaging with clients
Previous experience in IT Business/System Analysis (or similar role) at least 2-3 years
System Analyst certification
Excellent written and verbal communication in Lithuanian
Strong analytical, critical thinking, and planning skills
Ability to work with solution modeling and data visualization tools (advantage)
Ability to prioritize your work according to tight deadlines
Requirement modeling skills (e.g., UML, BPMN, etc.)
Bachelors degree (preferably in IT, mathematics, or engineering)

Salary (brutto): 2800-3800 Eur (however we are open to discuss different salary based on your skills & competencies)
