For a creative Community and Social Media Manager to join our team! You'll drive our brand's online presence by creating engaging content that highlights the unique benefits of Moérie hair care products. If you're passionate about social media and can craft content that connects with beauty and wellness audiences, this role could be a great fit for you!

Get ready to

• Craft and roll out a standout Moérie social media content plan
  
• Produce captivating and shareable reels that enhance brand visibility and engagement
  
• Build and manage our online community through engaging interactions
  
• Participate in crafting imaginative concepts and video ideas for Instagram Stories/Reels and TikTok, and see them through to production
  
• Stay on top of trends and innovations to generate fresh, creative ideas
  
• Oversee day-to-day management of our social media accounts: plan content, schedule posts, and engage with our community
  
• Analyze performance data and KPIs, providing comprehensive insights and recommendations to optimize our social media campaigns
  
  

We expect you to have

• At least 1 year of experience as a social media manager
  
• In-depth knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok including trends and algorithms (experience with Pinterest, X, YouTube, or Reddit is a bonus)
  
• Exceptional creativity and ability to produce engaging, on-brand content
  
• Near-native or proficient English (B2, C1), with fluency in Lithuanian
  
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced setting adaptability is key
  
• Solid understanding of analytics and social media management tools for tracking performance and shaping strategies
  
• Knowledge of online reputation management is a plus

Salary

Gross salary range is 1200 - 1400 EUR/month

Location

We have plenty of amazing workspaces you can choose from: our awesome headquarters in Vilnius, and super cool hubs in Kaunas, Klaipėda, and Riga!

For Vilnius: 4 days onsite, 1 flexible day remote. Meanwhile, in Kaunas: onsite, hybrid, or remote options are available depending on the role.
