About the Role:

Sophie Society is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Hiring Assistant to join our team. Your role will be to assist in the recruitment process by posting job ads, shortlisting candidates, and conducting outreach to potential hires. This full-time position is based in the vibrant coworking space at Vilnius Altspace.

Key Responsibilities:

Post job listings on various job platforms and social media channels.
Shortlist potential candidates and organize them into lists.
Conduct manual outreach through platforms to engage with potential candidates.
Communicate with candidates via phone and email.
Maintain accurate records of all outreach efforts and responses.
Assist in scheduling interviews and managing follow-up communications.

Requirements:

Excellent English communication skills (both written and verbal).
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work full-time from our coworking space in Vilnius, Altspace.
Similar experience in recruitment, hiring, or outreach will be an advantage.
