The Opportunity

At Worldline, our technology addresses the persistent challenges of the payment world. We've established ourselves as a leading payment solutions service provider in the region. Currently, we are looking for a Fraud Analyst to join our Worldline team in Vilnius, Lithuania! In this role you need to have a strong analytical mindset, generating valuable insights that would help to prevent possible fraudulent activity.

This is full-time, permanent position. Work can be done as a hybrid work. For some of the shifts you work from the office and especially night shift are usually done from home.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

Monitor real-time queues and identify high-risk transactions within the business portfolio
Interact with all relevant internal teams for the resolution of day-to-day activities
Manage potential fraud cases that are triggered by the risk management tools
Analyze and work on alerts reported by the schemes
Interact with clients on various questions related to the Fraud Detection area
Ensure confidentiality of all information collected during the investigation
Act by agreed internal policies
Adhere to schemes-related requirements
Identify system improvements to prevent fraudulent activities
Assist in any project activity related to the new system or enhancement of existing functionalities (i.e. testing) when required.

Who Are We Looking For

Good language skills in Lithuanian and English
Russian language skills is an advantage
Ability to work in shift pattern (department operates in 24/7 shifts mode);
As an advantage, practical knowledge of Excel or/and Power BI or/and Jira
Good problem-solving and communication skills
Ability to make sound judgments based on the weight of available data
Capability to work as part of a team and on own initiative
Detail-orientated and result-driven
