As a Regulatory Reporting Analyst, you will be joining the warm and friendly Liquidity Reporting Team within the Group Finance Department in Luminor. Being experienced, self-driven and goal oriented, you will dive into accounting and reporting regulations, preparing required regulatory and statistical reports ensuring that organization meets its reporting obligations and quality.


What You Will Do:

  •  Prepare and deliver regulatory and statistical reports to Central Bank ensuring compliance with applicable regulatory requirements
  • Analyze and interpret accounting and reporting laws and regulations; Develop and implement reporting requirements in the specific areas
  • Prepare consolidated reports on various consolidation levels and perform information analyses
  • Run reporting processing, perform reconciliation and validation of reporting data tasks
  • Contribute to finance related projects and development of financial programs in the specific area


What We Expect: 

  • Prior 3 - 5 years working experience and practical skills and knowledge in regulatory reporting reports and related framework guidelines production
  • Educational background in economics, banking, finance, mathematics, statistics, accounting or similar field
  •  Great knowledge of accounting/ financial and regulatory reporting processes, such as Ana Credit, Liquidity, Finrep, Corep or other reporting in banking sector or other financial institution
  • High integrity, curiosity, critical thinking, positive can-do attitude and constructive response to challenges
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills combined with excellent written and oral communication
  • Detailed oriented with an ability to work efficiently in a highly collaborative setting, manage or participate in multiple projects and meet the deadlines
  • Excellent use of MS Excel, preferably skills of SQL or other statistical tools
  • Prior experience in designing and implementing process and system improvements and controls would be a strong advantage
  •  Fluent English and Lithuanian language are required in spoken and written communication
