Your future tasks:

Optimize production processes and implement new technologies.
Launch electronic products into serial production in collaboration with the R&D team.
Support the R&D team at the concept stage for efficient production processes.
Coordinate production documentation, BOM, tools, and testing equipment.
Analyze defective products and eliminate root causes.
Administer and oversee defective product processes.
Control and audit technological processes for production.
Create/improve/implement necessary process in production department.

Requirements:

Degree in Engineering, Process and Quality or another related field.
3+ work experience in similar role in manufacturing company.
Experience in production engineering, preferably in electronics.
Strong knowledge of process optimization and new technology implementation.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Experience in product defect analysis and process auditing.
Fluency in Lithuanian and English.
