Job Summary: The Marketing Department Assistant will contribute to the development of our key business areas, working closely with the Sales, Medical, Regulatory Affairs and Accounting teams.

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized assistant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth workflow processes and delivering high-quality services in our operations.

Responsibilities:

Administrative tasks: contract preparation, expense planning, communication with partners.
Assist the management team with scheduling, correspondence, and documentation.
Technical support of the team in market analyses, Excel, Power BI, Qlick Sense.
Coordinate with various departments to ensure efficient workflow.
Support product managers in daily activities.

Role requirements:

Excellent time management and organization skills.
Multitasking skills.
Communication and interpersonal abilities.
English skills, written and oral.
MS Office skills, especially MS Excel and PowerPoint.
Skills in the digital media campaign follow up (would be an advantage).
Higher education diploma, additional qualifications in business administration or a related field: marketing, data analytics, communication (would be an advantage).
