Key Responsibilities:

Marketing Duties:

  • Customer & Brand support: Creating and executing marketing and communication plan for Key customers and brands within the region.
  • Budget Management: allocate resources effectively to various marketing initiatives, ensuring that spending aligns with the strategic priorities and delivers the best possible results.
  • Event Coordination: Support the planning and execution of marketing events, including trade shows, product launches, and promotional activities.
  • Campaign Support: Aid in the development and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, print, and events.
  • Content Creation: Creating engaging content for online platforms, social media, and other promotional materials.
  • Relationship Management: Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders such as distributors, retailers, local partners, and professional organizations.
  • Brand guardianship: Ensure a consistent brand voice and coherent look across all channels and material.

Administrative Duties:

  • Office Management: Oversee general office operations.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the team.
  • Documentation: Prepare reports, presentations, and documents as needed. Invoice processing.
  • Communication & Coordination: Serve as a point of contact between internal teams and external partners. Assist in onboarding new employees and ensuring smooth administrative processes.

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and content management systems
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving with a keen attention to detail.
